The Exceptional Leader-managers Performance

Respondents are the leaders – minimum supervisor level – of organizations across-industry. This empirical study was conducted and used on a sample of 383 leaders. The outliers, validity, reliability, goodness of fit measures were conducted before hypotheses testing. The multiple regression analysis was used to examine three hypotheses. The results show that all hypotheses were supported. Findings indicate that transactional, transformational leadership and leader-managers positively and directly affect on job performance.
